Privately Insured Formalities

1. Check with Your Insurance

Contact your private insurance provider to request the necessary documents and confirm the number of approved hours for Ambulant Therapy.

2. Obtain a Konsiliarbericht

Schedule an appointment with your general practitioner (GP) to have the Konsiliarbericht completed. This report is required for therapy.

3. Book an Appointment

Reach out to me to schedule your first therapy session. I'll be happy to assist you.

Publicly Insured Formalities

1. Visit a Psychiatrist or Psychotherapist

Schedule an appointment with a psychiatrist or psychotherapist to obtain a completed PTV 11 form.

2. Check Your Insurance Criteria

Ensure you meet the requirements of your health insurance for the Kostenerstattungsverfahren.

3. Request a Cost Estimate

Contact me for a detailed cost prognosis. I'll be there to help guide you through the process.

Self-Payment Formalities

Therapy sessions are broken up into probatory sessions and therapy sessions

Probatory Sessions

The probatory sessions exist of 5 hours. In these 5 hours, diagnostics take place, we check how comfortable we feel with each other, and we sign for a therapy contract for your insurance.

Therapy Sessions

Subsequently, you will get a better understanding of your symptoms and we will work through your challenges. This process varies usually between 12 and 80 hours and involves parental session if necessary and wished (every 4th session).

We will meet once per week for a 50 minute session

As a licensed psychotherapist, I am bound by strict medical confidentiality. This ensures that all our conversations remain strictly private. Furthermore, of great importance is on data protection, particularly for booking appointments and consultations, especially if they may be online.
